Facial Hair and Employment!

It's under assumption that men have it easier with interviewing more so on the getting ready and dress. That is not the case as men need to have a clean hair cut, trimmed to none facial hair, fitted suit, clean shoes, and when they sit -oh my socks are what color?!-, need I mention the tie and watch?

When dressing for your interview you do not want to overdress your potential boss or stick out like a sore thumb. Research the company you are interviewing for and get a good feel on what the men wear at work. If it is khakis and a polo or button up then that is what you will wear and stick to neutral colors. Do not try to flash it up with neon colors or bold colors; you want to impress them not give them a headache.
