Today we had our 20 week anatomy scan and found out we are measuring a week ahead. Our baby is already head down and very low so we need to keep a close eye out.
We are so excited and cannot wait to welcome our little girl into this world! October cannot come fast enough! I still have the picc line feeding me 2400 calories a day and started taking the Mkena shots this week. Catalina will be spoiled rotten when she gets here!

Your Hidden Riches Book
When I received this book I was excited to see what I could learn from
it; however, I was disappointed. It was really hard for me to grasp and
put into my life what the authors concept on it. I am sure it is a great
book for those on the same mindset, but for me I just couldn't finish
it. Rituals just doesn't fit into my or my family lifestyle at all.
Update on Pregnancy
Hello Everyone....
Wow it has been a really long time since I have been able to actually function long enough to type up a post! It has definitely been a roller coaster of sickness as hyperemesis gravidarum does not play for real! Of course at the end of May I had to get my Picc line put in as I was losing weight drastically ex. 6lbs in 3 days time. I tried to return to work and it was so difficult with my picc line coming undone, my blood sugar all over the place, still not being able to eat or drink; however, very thankful for the 1800 calories I was getting through my picc. My Dr pulled me out of work on short term disability which definitely helped with the stress of my job and trying to get better and keep my baby alive and growing.
Since then I have been hospitalized numerous times including getting my gallbladder removed during one of my stays and being diagnosed with Anemia B12. Needless to say I have 4 doctors now that I have to make appts and see on a regular basis. This week I will begin receiving weekly Mkena shots and B12 shots that will help the baby and I as well. Not looking forward to it to be honest; however, I am getting use to being poked all of the time. Sadly my arms are starting to look like I am a drug addict with all of the IV's, Shots, and Blood draws the nurses have to do.
I feel so weak all of the time especially with my husband working, cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the kids. The bright side is since my gallbladder came out I have been able to eat a little and move around some so I don't feel so needy. For Mothers Day they made cards at school and my son told his teacher that he wanted to get me medicine to feel better. It warmed my heart and made me so sad that with me being this sick it is taking away from him too. I really am hoping October 19th comes fast so that this baby will be able to come out and meet the world.
I will keep posting updates and if you are or think you are suffering from HG feel free to contact me. I would be glad to introduce you to a wonderful support group and be there for you. I know how terrible it can be and pray you have supportive family like I have.

High Risk Pregnancy
Good Afternoon Everyone! I apologize that I haven't posted in awhile this pregnancy is really rough on me. After spending a week in the hospital I was sent home on bed rest with home health care at my side.
Now that I have a picc line pumping 1800 calories a day into me I am able to move around a little better.
With that being said I have gladly partnered with Initial Outfitters as a consultant. You can check out the facebook page here Link or the full website here Link.

Exciting News of our Rainbow Baby!
Here recently I have not been feeling well. There have been a lot of doctor appts and missed work. I was having sugar problems and passing out; yet we could not find the cause of it. At first they said I had a cyst growing causing those reactions. Friday we found out I had something growing all right!
I wasn't sleeping like usual and at 6am my husband brought me the test to take despite the tests the doctors gave me back to back. Sure enough there was a light pink line! I called the nurse at my work to schedule an appt for bloodwork as I am high risk. Within a few hours I was in and the test was given. I called my OB/GYN and let them know the great news! They of course told me to be prepared again for the 2 times a week blood work and all of the medicines I will more than likely be on. Hours later the on call nurse called me to tell me she had my results!
She stated that my OB/GYN is very very happy with that based on my last period it goes hand in hand. For now no meds!! She said that estimates i'm 5 weeks unless it is twins again like last time then that could put me at 2 -3 weeks. I downloaded the Ovia App on my phone and laughed and laughed at their theme ideas. According to them our little RainbowBaby is the size of a poppy seed, grain of salt, sawdust, and waterbear!
WE are so excited for this journey. Despite those being negative around us for telling everyone and making their rude comments about the meds I may have to take; we ignore them and move forward. The last two miscarriages we had we kept it quiet for until after the fact. This time I am sharing with the world whether our Heavenly Father calls this Rainbow home or not our lives have already been touched. I also love to give hope out there to anyone else in my situation who has no support or positive comments coming to them.
We went back for more labwork this morning, so I am very excited to hear the results later!
